The State's Attorney's Office protects
victims and witnesses as they participate in the court process. Our
highly trained advocates are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 –
4:30 pm to answer questions and guide victims and witnesses through the
judicial process of criminal prosecution.
Our advocates notify
victims and witnesses of court dates, hearings, sentencing's, and other
court proceedings. They help prepare witnesses for court and provide a
friendly face in the courtroom during emotional experiences.
