Patuxent Park Revitalization Project

Community Revitilization

This project includes the reconstruction of public streets in the Patuxent Park Subdivision, including the reconstruction of sidewalks, curb and gutter, storm drainage, driveway entrances, and pavement surfaces. Upgrades include approximately 16,100 linear feet of roadways and are planned in five sections. Construction of Section 3 (p/o Midway Drive, Saratoga Drive, Card Road and Wasp Drive) is expected to begin in the spring of 2018. The design of Section 5, roads located on the west side of Saratoga Drive, is currently underway. Sections 1, 2 and 4 have been completed.
