Patuxent Park Revitalization Project

Community Revitilization

This project includes the reconstruction of public streets in the Patuxent Park Subdivision, including the reconstruction of sidewalks, curb and gutter, storm drainage, driveway entrances, and pavement surfaces. Upgrades include approximately 16,100 linear feet of roadways and are planned in five sections. Sections 1, 2 and 4 have been completed. Construction of Section 3 (p/o Midway Drive, Saratoga Drive, Card Road and Wasp Drive) has been substantially completed and final punch list items will be addressed in the spring of 2019. The design of Section 5 (p/o Midway Drive, p/o N. Essex Dr., Ranger Rd., Enterprise Rd., Hancock Rd., and Franklin Rd.) will be completed in the spring of 2019 and construction is anticipated to begin in the fall of 2019.
