Patuxent Park Revitalization Project

Community Revitilization

This project includes the reconstruction of public streets in the Patuxent Park Subdivision, including the reconstruction of sidewalks, curb and gutter, storm drainage, driveway entrances, and pavement surfaces. Upgrades include approximately 16,100 linear feet of roadways and are planned in five sections. Construction of Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 have been completed. Construction of Section 5 (p/o Midway Drive, p/o N. Essex Dr., Ranger Rd., Enterprise Rd., Hancock Rd., and Franklin Rd.) is anticipated to begin in the spring of 2020.
