The FDR Boulevard Phase 3A Project will include the construction of approx. 0.8 mile of roadway and several locations of watermain installation. The Project shall conform to the construction specifications and drawings as included in this Solicitation.

Pre-Bid (virtual): Wednesday, September 1, 2021
A Virtual Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted at 10AM Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Pre-Registration is required before 8 AM. A site visit will be conducted the following Thursday, September 2, 2021, at 10:00AM. Additional information is provided on the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage. Attendance is not required to bid, but bidders are encouraged to attend. This is an opportunity for interested bidders to ask questions about the solicitation and bid submission, request clarifications, and obtain additional information regarding the project.
