Literacy Council Tutor Training Workshop The Literacy Council of St. Mary's County, a non-profit, volunteer organization whose mission is to provide free, one-on-one tutoring to adults in St. Mary's County who need help with basic reading, writing, math, and English language skills, will be holding its Spring training workshop for new tutors at the Lexington Park library on 2 consecutive Thursday evenings, March 18 and 25, from 5:30 pm until 8:00 pm, and Saturday, March 25, from 10am - 4pm, at the Lexington Park library.
