WALK IN - Complete the registration form found on page 6 of the current Program Guide or download at http://www.co.saint-marys.md.us/recreate/registration.asp, and bring it to our main office at the Patuxent Building, 23150 Leonard Hall Drive, Leonardtown, MD. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Payment is due at the time of registration. Payment can be made by cash, check, money order, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). Please do not write your credit card information on the registration form. Your card will be swiped at time of registration. This is due to a higher security.

Gymnastic registration may be taken to the Gymnastic Center at 21770 A F D R Blvd. Lexington Park, MD 20653 during the following office hours:

Monday – Friday 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Monday – Friday 4:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Swim lesson registrations my be taken to the Great Mills Swimming Pool at 21100 Great Mills Rd, Great Mills, MD 20653 during the following office hours:

Monday – Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Sunday 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

BY MAIL - Send completed registration form found on page 6 of the current Program Guide or download at http://www.co.saint-marys.md.us/recreate/registration.asp with a check or money order. Mail to: Recreation & Parks, P.O. Box 653, Leonardtown, MD 20650. An Activity Sales Receipt will be mailed to you confirming your registration; unless you are registering for a Gymnastics program then you may assume you are registered in your first choice unless contacted otherwise. Gymnastic registration may be mailed to the Gymnastic Center at P.O. Box 393 Lexington Park, MD 20653 and swim lesson registrations may be mailed to the Great Mills Swimming Pool at 21100 Great Mills Rd, Great Mills, MD 20653. Hard copy receipts will continue to be available, but by request only. Please include email address with registration.

ON-LINE/WEB REGISTRATION - Open the Recreation & Parks web site by clicking on “On Line Registration” at any of the available icons.

• CURRENT CUSTOMERS ( have previously enrolled in childcare, summer camps, gymnastics, basketball or any leisure classes) – use your household number as your user name and password. Users will be prompted to change their password after the initial login.
• NEW CUSTOMERS – create a household account at least one week prior to registration.  An e-mail confirmation will be sent within two business days informing you of your username and password.
