Everyone entering the pool facility must
pay the admission fee and comply with the posted rules and regulations
and the direction of the lifeguards and pool staff. One parent or
responsible party may watch children from the deck area during Swim
Lessons without paying the entry fee.

Appropriate swimming
attire is required. T-shirts or cutoffs may not be worn in the water.
Exceptions may be granted by management for special circumstances.

Children age 10 and
under must be accompanied by a responsible person at least 13 years of
age.

Swimmers 17 and under
must take a swim test to swim in deep water.
-
Persons with sores,
skin diseases, or bandages will not be permitted in the pool.

Patrons must take a
cleansing shower prior to entering the pool (see CDC’s Healthy
Swimming
Guidelines).

Street shoes are not
permitted on the pool deck; please remove shoes before entering pool
area.

Flotation devices and
toys are allowed with management/lifeguard approval. For safety
reasons, large rafts, oversized tubes and high-powered water guns are
not permitted.

Management will not
be responsible for lost or stolen articles. Personal undergarments
will be discarded.

Spitting, urinating,
or otherwise contaminating the pool water and deck is prohibited.

Prolonged underwater
distance swimming is discouraged.

Lifeguard(s) and a
certified water safety instructor will be on duty for all swim
classes.

Please listen to
instructor and lifeguard instructions for your safety and your child’s
safety.

There shall be no
running on the pool deck or in the locker rooms.

Diving is
prohibited in the shallow end of the pool.

PARENTS!!!
Please DO NOT instruct your children or talk to the instructor(s)
during class time. Any questions/comments can be addressed after the
class is over.

Parents, please do
not allow your children to enter the pool until the instructor is on
the pool deck and ready for the class to begin!

The handicapped
entrance and exit will need to be used for strollers.

An admission fee
must be paid for any parent/sibling that wants to open swim
during a swim class.

An admission fee
must be paid for anyone wishing to swim after the class has
concluded (this includes anyone registered in the classes).

Please remember
that children age 5 and older must use the appropriate gender locker
room!

Frequently Asked Questions
If
I exit the pool and return within the same day, do I need to pay the
entry fee again to swim?
Yes, if
you leave the pool facility for more than 15 minutes a re-admission
fee will be charged for re-entry.
Can my friends or parents come and
watch me swim without having to pay an entry fee if they do not plan to
swim?
Everyone entering the pool facility
during Open Swim time must pay the entry fee. One parent or
responsible party may watch children during Swim Lessons without
paying the entry fee. If the participant and family members decide to
stay for Open Swim after the lesson is over, then all applicable entry
fees must be paid.
Do
I have to take a test to swim in deep water?
Yes, all swimmers
age 17 and under must take a test to swim in the deep end of the
pool. Records will be kept on file at the pool, so you only have to
complete the test once.
Are swimming lessons
or other types of classes offered?
Yes, swimming classes and aqua aerobics classes are offered during the
week and on the weekends. Depending on instructor availability,
morning and evening classes are offered.
